Mr. Miller's clients include local, national and international businesses, including Fortune 200 ranked companies, in the banking, real estate, food and dairy manufacturing, industrial label, oil and gas, industrial gasses, renewable energy and waste management fields.

Mr. Miller has worked on numerous national and international capital replacement, supply, and retail agreements for his clients, including drafting, technical accounting and project finance review, contract negotiation and management, and litigation.

Mr. Miller also practices in the area of employment law and litigation, including trade secrets, employee non-competition, and confidentiality agreements, and Title VI and EEOC matters generally.
