  • As Chairman of the Firm's Business Section, Mr. Harrison has primary responsibility for all matters relating to corporate, banking and other commercial and business transactions, including governmental bond issues, real estate syndication and development, tax and estate planning, real property titles and title insurance, and acquisitions and divestitures.
  • He is counsel to Integra Bank, N.A., and its several banking affiliates and other business entities, including Integra Bank Corporation. He also represents numerous business and medical entities doing business in the Tri-State area, handling their various legal matters on a daily basis. He has handled condominium developments and conversions, both in Indiana and in Kentucky.
  • He has extensive experience before the Tax Court, and in the preparation and funding of real estate and mineral syndications, including limited partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts and joint ventures.
  • Mr. Harrison is also the owner of substantial business and property interests in the Tri-State, including Hardee's Restaurants.
