  • He publishes a monthly newsletter titled Employment Law Update that updates all important employment law trends and caselaw, including EEOC, NLRB and federal and state labor law cases, including giving updates on the newest organizing techniques of unions. He has developed a substance abuse program and has instituted a vulnerability audit for all employers which gives warning of pitfalls in handling employee problems.
