Christopher L. Lucas practices in the Business and Commercial Law Department, with a focus on real estate law. His practice includes assisting clients in a variety of commercial and real estate transactions, including those involving real estate and title services, business counsel and contracting, banking and finance, and construction law. Chris also provides legal representation to businesses and individuals in immigration matters.

Chris’ practice focuses on advising owners, buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and lenders on a variety of issues relating to the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing of real estate. Chris has also dealt with a variety of issues relating to commercial and business transactions including acquisitions, sales, mergers and loans. His practice also includes business entity formation, providing legal service to owners, contractors and subcontractors on construction law issues, and representation of condominium and owners associations.
