Arthur D. Rutkowski

Arthur D. Rutkowski has practiced labor and employment law for forty years. He represents many employers large and small in all areas of labor and employment law including, labor arbitration, union avoidance and union organizing campaigns, and labor union contract negotiations. He represents employers in all areas of practice before the National Labor Relations Board, (NLRB), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, (EEOC), and in all areas of employment litigation in state and federal courts. He advises large and small employers in wage and hour compliance, employee handbooks and all employee relation matters, policies and procedures.
Arthur has authored many labor and employment articles for national publications, and is a topic author for the labor arbitration treatise How Arbitration Works, Elkouri & Elkouri, 6th Ed. He has had numerous arbitration decisions published in BNA and CCH and has co-authored the treatise Labor Relations In Hospitals, (Aspen Publishing) which received the Book of the Year Award from the American Journal of Nursing, 1984.
Arthur publishes a national employment law newsletter, Employment Law Update, which is a monthly publication and is also available online at Westlaw.
